The bounty this week offers: kale, cucumbers, yellow onion, carrots, radishes, sungold tomatoes, slicing tomatoes, eggplant, herb bunch (parsley, cilantro, dill), and edamame (soybeans!).
Quick tip: fill a small/medium size pot with an inch or two of water, bring to a boil, add the soybeans, boil for 4-6 minutes, strain, add salt & eat your edamame!
