Week #13
This week’s half share includes: carrots, potatoes, cabbage, sweet peppers, head lettuce, sungold tomatoes, an heirloom tomato, eggplant, onion, and zucchini.
Purple vegetables are high in nutrients and high in deliciousness. Now, we aren’t experts on the science behind these amazing creations, but we are pretty knowledgeable about how to grow, harvest, and eat them! We hope you are enjoying all of the colors of the rainbow this week!
